Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Epsilon Solutions LTD.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of problems and solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
