We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping & Laundry Aide to contribute to our Moody Hall Enhanced Care team.
About Moody Hall
Moody Hall is designed to be a welcoming home for residents, featuring private suites, ample natural light, and spacious hallways. The facility is structured into six distinct neighborhoods, each accommodating 24 residents and equipped with dedicated nursing stations, dining areas, living rooms, libraries, and activity spaces.
Our innovative Main Street concept creates a vibrant, small-town atmosphere that promotes independence and community engagement among residents. This lively hub includes a cozy café, town hall, theatre, chapel, and schoolhouse, all contributing to a warm and inviting environment.

- Approximate hourly wage: $18.48-$18.84

Key Responsibilities
- Dust, clean, and polish furniture, counters, shelving, walls, and window/door ledges.
- Sanitize sinks, toilets, and bathing facilities.
- Restock supplies in resident rooms, nursing units, and restrooms.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles, disposing of waste appropriately.
- Sort laundry into categories based on type (linens, mops, personal clothing).
- Operate washing machines using appropriate cleaning formulas.
- Manage dryers and extractors; load and unload laundry as needed.
- Sort clean laundry into designated baskets or racks, ensuring proper inventory for each area.
- Deliver clean laundry to resident areas using laundry carts.
- Inspect laundry for damage and forward items needing repair.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in commercial housekeeping and/or laundry preferred.
- Able to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays.
