Role Overview: We are looking for a proficient Bilingual Customer Service Representative to become part of our team. This position entails managing customer inquiries, pricing, quoting, and order processing for spray and valve products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs
- Deliver accurate quotations
- Process orders efficiently in the system
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support Outside Sales Teams
Requirements:
- College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- 1-3 years of B2B customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
