Position Overview:

The Sales Growth Specialist at Neil Corporate Services (NCS) is an integral member of our Sales division, tasked with fostering revenue expansion and broadening our client portfolio. This role involves collaborating with the Sales and Customer Success teams to pinpoint, pursue, and evaluate both internal and external prospects. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be expected to cultivate and sustain robust business relationships with key stakeholders, continuously adapting to their evolving business requirements to propose pertinent services and solutions. A proactive mindset, exceptional business acumen, professionalism, and sound judgment are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell innovative technology solutions (Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services, Unified Communications, etc.) that deliver strategic advantages to clients.
  • Engage in prospecting across various regions to identify potential clients through diverse channels, including cold-calling, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Evaluate both internal and external leads to understand their technology requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Work in tandem with the Sales and Customer Success Teams to design and implement strategic sales initiatives.
  • Achieve and surpass established sales goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT/Technology Sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT/Technology solutions, products, and services, with the capability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in establishing new client relationships and aligning corporate teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology functionalities, features, and benefits.
  • Ability to identify industry trends and drivers, comprehend key applications that address business challenges, and deliver solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed and accurate sales strategies.
