About the Role

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our team of sales professionals, installers, and store representatives to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, installers, and store representatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Recommend inventory coverage to maximize sales and minimize inventory turnover
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales growth and revenue targets
