About the Role

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our British Columbia Business Unit. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders' quality management system.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that their projects are delivered to meet their requirements.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders' quality management system, and that all relevant laws, regulations, and standards are complied with.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, with a portfolio of completed projects of varying size and scope in sectors such as office, commercial, and institutional.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in a construction-related discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead and manage project teams.
