Your Role: Senior Director, SalesReporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will spearhead our sales strategy, cultivate a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping FundThrough's future success.
Responsibilities:- Sales Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of excellence within the sales team, attracting, developing, and mentoring top talent. Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and insightful reporting to the management team.
- Strategic Growth & Operations: Collaborate with the CGO and other departments to establish ambitious sales goals and implement effective strategies. Leverage data analytics and CRM systems to track progress, identify opportunities, and optimize sales operations.
- Client Focus: Oversee day-to-day sales activities, ensuring exceptional client experiences and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. Work cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, meet ambitious targets, and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
