Job Title: Fintech Senior Sales Director

At Tipalti, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fintech Senior Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy and operations to achieve business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the fintech industry.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support sales teams and drive sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion in the fintech industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
