About the Role:

FundThrough is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive the design of our AI-powered invoice funding platform. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for crafting user experiences that accelerate cash flow and enable growth for small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet the needs of our business customers and drive user engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features and products
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Design and prototype user experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and meet business objectives
  • Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design

FundThrough is a leading fintech company that accelerates cash flow and enables growth for small and medium-sized businesses. Our AI-powered invoice funding platform gives B2B businesses fast, customized funding offers to get their invoices paid in a few days – rather than a few months – and get quick access to cash they've already earned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product design, with a focus on user-centered design principles
  • Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates expertise in UX design, visual design, and interaction design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
