We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Professional Transport Driver Training School Ltd.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a key leadership role in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promoting our products and services to customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in MS Office.
