Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team at Navacord. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, faxes, and emails
  • Operate our phone system, directing calls to the appropriate staff member or department
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain Outlook calendars
  • Handle stock and maintain common areas
  • Assist in planning and coordinating staff events
  • Data input into our Broker Management System
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
