Position Overview

Join our team as a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Horton, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules efficiently.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed to maintain operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Assess the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Compile food order summaries for the head chef.
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
