About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dakota Holdings. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Food Handling and Sanitation
    • Handle and store food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
