- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality service.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff grow and succeed in their roles.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Communication: Prepare and distribute food order summaries to our chef and other stakeholders.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Horton, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Language: English.
