Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at RENAULT CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
- HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing daily tasks, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of team activities.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth-running office environment.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
