Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at RENAULT CONSTRUCTION LTD. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department, arrange seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, answer electronic enquiries, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry and compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
