Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Progressive Concrete Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
