About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supporting the Chief Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary and senior members of the legal team. As an Executive Assistant and Board Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and managing Board-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
- Coordinate meetings, including Board meetings, and ensure timely preparation of materials.
- Manage Board documentation, including minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Board members, City staff, and external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Minimum 3+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a governance setting.
- Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or Legal Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent coordination, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
