Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Citi College of Canadian Careers is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
