About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing the supply chain to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting, to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget and that any financial issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
