About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at TIM HORTONS BRIDGEWATER. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including operating dishwashers and other kitchen equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
