About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Nanaimo Honda Cars. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction
    • Greet customers and discuss their needs and preferences
    • Provide advice and guidance on our products and services
    • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle or solution for their needs
  • Sales and Transactions
    • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
    • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Store Operations
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
    • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products
    • Contribute to a positive and productive team culture
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience
      • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
