We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and outside sales, to achieve sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members to drive sales growth and development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
