About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as needed.
