We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Array Studios Inc. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 37.5 hours per week.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan and health care plan.
- Other Benefits: Learning/training paid by employer.
- Job Type: Permanent.
