About the Role

Ash Immigration Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured and stored securely.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Backup Procedures: Perform regular backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Word processing software, database software, and presentation software.
  • Area of Specialization: Correspondence, contracts, statistics, financial statements, invoices, reports, and records.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Experience: Will train, permanent position, 32-40 hours per week, and English language proficiency.
