Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant will oversee all necessary documentation for transactions, auctions, and vehicle ownership transfers. You will also play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting test drives and ensuring all vehicle information sheets are accurately completed. Finalizing the sales checklist for each vehicle available for purchase. Updating the online inventory with current listings. Ensuring all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed. Preparing vehicles for weekly auction events. Welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, and providing expert advice while ensuring top-notch service. Handling all necessary transactions for ownership transfers. Collaborating with the sales team and responding to directives from the Branch Manager. Maintaining open communication with the Branch Manager and Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of sales experience Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively Strong problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and organized Excellent verbal and written communication abilities OMVIC certification or a willingness to obtain it Proficient in computer applications
