**Job Summary**
OSL Direct Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the sale of Bell's full suite of residential products to customers who reside in apartment and condominium buildings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with various building stakeholders to ensure Bell services are presented to all prospective residents
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand
- Use the Salesforce CRM system to assist with territory and funnel management
- Meet or exceed sales targets and commission requirements
**Requirements:**
- Outgoing people person with a passion for sales and customer service
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Flexible full-time schedule with availability on evenings and weekends as required
- Commission is paid per service unit activated, with increases as sales targets are met
