We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pre-Planning Director. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for working with client families to assess their pre-arrangement needs and communicate the benefits of our pre-need funeral planning program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate the value and benefits of our pre-need funeral planning program.
  • Generate leads and referrals through various channels, including community outreach and partnerships with funeral homes and cemeteries.
  • Present to community organizations and host seminars to promote our pre-need funeral planning program.
  • Ensure accurate completion of contracts and maintenance of client files.
  • Participate in staff meetings and communicate regularly with funeral home and cemetery staff to share information and best practices.
