Position Overview: Budds' BMW Hamilton is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled New Vehicle Sales Consultant to enhance our sales team. The Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in cultivating enduring, profitable relationships with clients while driving revenue through vehicle sales and the promotion of our business offerings. Essential qualities for success in this position include integrity, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal presentation skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid OMVIC certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales is essential.
  • Familiarity with the BMW brand, as well as other automotive brands, is advantageous.
  • A dedication to adopting a non-confrontational sales approach that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and sales technique.
  • Ability to forge and sustain long-term customer relationships.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent listening capabilities.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (OneEighty) is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
