Position Overview
As a key player in the Financial Markets division at National Bank, you will take on the role of a Senior Coordinator within the Sales team. This permanent, full-time position emphasizes your ability to navigate a dynamic work environment while supporting various business lines.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary resource for managing and executing requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee administrative functions including travel arrangements, meeting preparations, recruitment processes, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Draft and ensure the quality of communications, maintaining high standards of information dissemination.
  • Uphold compliance with organizational policies and procedures, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Support adherence to regulatory and corporate standards across the teams you assist.
  • Enhance administrative processes to boost efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with three years of experience, or a three-year College diploma with five years of experience.
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to management.
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written communication.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
