We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Roots Corp. as a Senior Sales Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and providing support to the Store Manager and Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
  • Operational Support
    • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with operational tasks
    • Provide support with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
    • Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, Store Manager, and Assistant Managers
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Participate in store meetings and provide input on sales strategies and operational improvements
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
