Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indo-Chinese chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients with dietary restrictions.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Management: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
