About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our kitchen runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
