Kitchen Operations Associate

Join our team at Jon Smith Subs as a Culinary Specialist. This role involves a variety of responsibilities centered around food preparation and service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
- Prepare and cook a range of meals or individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Prepare specialized meals for patients as directed by a dietitian or chef.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Manage the ordering of supplies and kitchen equipment.
This position requires:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure.
