The Client Executive plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving new business. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Live our values and drive new business through exceptional client experiences, fostering existing relationships, and driving growth opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to anticipate and address dynamic client needs.
  • Provide Timely Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, addressing concerns and offering solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and overcome obstacles to client satisfaction.
  • Navigate Complexity: Navigate increased complexity in client portfolios, demonstrating creative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate Ownership: Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and adherence to timelines in all client engagements and internal projects.
  • Cultivate Executive Presence: Cultivate an executive presence, effectively communicating with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Anticipate Client Needs: Anticipate client needs and the impact of processes, addressing special client calls and inquiries with strategic insight and agility.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: An academic background consisting of post-secondary education, certificates, industry programs, etc.
  • LLQP License: LLQP License or willingness to obtain within 2 months of employment.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of market trends, products, and processes within the industry.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to address client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
