Your qualifications include:

  • Proven expertise in Surface Land acquisition along with Project Management and coordination.
  • Thorough understanding of all relevant Alberta regulations.
  • Effective communication skills with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, government agencies, and management.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in related sectors such as renewables, water, and telecommunications.
  • Membership in the International Right of Way Association is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possession of valid Land Agent and Driver's Licenses.
