About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Tony's India Food Center. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage the sales floor, and ensure that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers can find what they need.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied and loyal to our brand.
  • Store Operations: Establish and maintain work schedules, manage store budgets, and ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
