Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, including stock levels, product displays, and visual merchandising.
- Scheduling and Workforce Management: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and back office.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
