Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Quality Inn. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and sales
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This is a full-time position that requires working on site at our physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
