FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. We provide a tremendous opportunity to learn about the

various operations within lululemon working often in cross-functional teams on a variety of projects. You will be able to add value immediately, see the big picture, and develop a business and finance skill set that you can leverage in your future roles within the organization.

a day in the life

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Financial Analyst is responsible for the creation of North America Ecommerce revenue forecasts inclusive of KPI and daily planning. This role will be responsible for in quarter revenue forecasts, weekly reforecasts and weekly reporting preparation & presentation. This role also monitors and analyses Ecommerce revenue performance and drivers providing valuable insights to senior leadership on growth drivers and revenue scenarios.

  • Key strategic partner to Ecommerce Operations team providing key insights into weekly performance drivers & in quarter risks/opportunities
  • Key strategic partner to Omni cross functional partners triangulating Omni plans against latest ECommerce sales


qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration

• CPA or MBA a plus

• 3+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with

fast pace business environments. Retail industry experience an asset.

• Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle

Hyperion an asset

• Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive

manner

W orkplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy (see SSC Workplace Program youlu page for an overview ) :

Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week. Applicants must be located in , or willing to relocate to , the specified work location .

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000 - $86,200 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
