Our client is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end Core Network deployment programs, managing a portfolio of interrelated projects across IMS, 5G Core, and/or SDL domains. This role is focused on program ownership, customer engagement, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination, rather than hands-on technical execution or product-focused TPM responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage large, complex Core Network programs consisting of multiple concurrent projects.
- Drive program-level planning, execution, and governance across IMS, 5G Core, and/or SDL initiatives.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing lead, responsible for communication, expectations, escalations, and relationship management.
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, operations, vendors, and customer teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables at the program level, ensuring successful end-to-end outcomes.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and program health visibility.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Program Manager (not TPM) managing telecom Core Network deployments.
- Strong domain expertise in Core Network technologies, specifically:
- IMS, 5G Core, and/or SDL
- Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream programs with external customers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in customer-facing environments.
- Experience working with large telecom vendors, system integrators, or Tier-1 carriers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering Core Network programs in Tier-1 carrier environments.
- Canada-based candidates preferred.
- Background working across geographically distributed teams
