The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The ngCPQ Core NI Change Manager is responsible for ngCPQ Core change management activities across Optics, FN and IP business divisions.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Drive adoption within NI BG of ngCPQ Core tool, its processes, methodologies, practices and governance.
- Manage support of various groups within in NI, including Solution Managers, Pricing Managers, Project Managers, RBC business controllers, contract managers and CAE teams,(Pre and Post Sales). Act as coach/mentor to these communities.
- Serve as NI’s ngCPQ Core ambassador, sharing knowledge.
- Manage and support the evolution of NI’s specific use case within ngCPQ Core
- Business readiness activities - Change Impact Analysis, training, communication, Post Go Live Support preparation
- Governance and reporting

**Your skills and experience**

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in managing large-scale projects, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
- Experience in Change Management and transformation Programs
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Nokia business processes (especially sales process) and related tool landscape
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively within a complex governance and stakeholder environment that includes third party system integrators
- Ability to inspire confidence and trust in others and drive decision-making in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Good understanding of how ERP systems work and their impact on various business processes.
- Outstanding Team Player with excellent communication skills
- Results and Deadline oriented
- Quick Learner

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor of Business, Engineering, IT
- 5+ Years of experience in areas such as Program Management, Change Management, Sales Operations
- Strong program management experience
- Experience in an International / Global company
