Bilingual Program Manager

**Bilingual Program Manager - School Breakfast Program**

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized individual to lead the School Breakfast Program team of Community Development Coordinators.

The Program Manager reports to the Director of Program Operations and works collaboratively with all ONFE staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop program resources, standard operating procedures and administrative processes to optimize program operations.
- Support recruitment and provide leadership and oversight to assigned resources.
- Assist in defining program priorities, setting goals, and establishing measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate on program planning, budgeting, program implementation, and evaluation processes.
- Develop and conduct surveys with key partners and analyze results.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for schools.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Promote the organization’s values of integrity, equity, learning and collaboration

- Strong computer aptitude and proficiency. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools.
- Knowledge of food safety practices would be an asset.
- Experience in school-nutrition related programs or public health initiatives an asset.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Public Health, Education, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social sciences, nutrition, education, health promotion or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in supervisory or leadership role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management.
- Satisfactory Police Record Check in alignment with ONFE’s Conditions of Employment Policy.
- Driver’s license, and access to a reliable motor vehicle with insurance coverage that has no policy restrictions for work related driving.
- Fluency in English and French (oral and written) and fluency in other languages.

**Hybrid Work**:
ONFE offers a hybrid work environment, which requires work both in the office and remote.

This is a permanent full-time position. The annualized salary range is $75,000-$90,000. ONFE offers a competitive salary, benefit package including RSP matching.

**Gestionnaire de programme bilingue - Programme des petits déjeuners en milieu scolaire**

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne motivée, minutieuse, polyvalente et dotée d’un grand sens de l’organisation pour prendre la tête de l’équipe de coordonnateurs en développement communautaire du Programme des petits déjeuners en milieu scolaire.

Le ou la gestionnaire du programme dépend de la directrice responsable du fonctionnement du programme, et travaille en collaboration avec le personnel du ROPE.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Mettre au point les ressources du programme, les procédures opérationnelles standard et les processus administratifs qui permettront d’optimiser le fonctionnement du programme.
