We have the perfect job for you Join our retail team of chocolate ambassadors who strive to provide the best consumer experience in our Lindt Chocolate Shops. We are currently recruiting a Key Holder to join our retail team at the Edmonton South Common in Edmonton, Alberta.

Availability: Open Availability (8 - 15 Hours/week)

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
2. Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
3. Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
4. Go the extra "mile" to drive sales
5. Actively seek out customers in store
6. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
7. Cross sell products
8. Handle returns of merchandise
9. Build trusted relationships with customers
10. Comply with inventory control procedures and visual merchandising standards
11. Act as a brand ambassador for our products
12. Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals
13. Opening and closing procedures
14. Support with cash handling and inventory duties including restocking of products
15. Assist with corporate gifting
16. Other duties as assigned
17. Prepare Daily Bank Deposits
18. Hired, trained and evaluated personnel in sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
2. Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles
3. Track record of achieving sales targets
4. Hands-on experience with POS transactions
5. Familiarity with inventory procedures
6. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
7. A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
8. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
9. Availability to work flexible shifts
10. High school diploma
11. A passion for chocolate
