This is a full-time position based in Aurora, ON or London, ON. Reporting directly to the CEO/Director of Development; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our team is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative project support and coordination to two executives. This supports these team members with excellent administration and coordination of work to enable focus strategic objectives while managing day to day activities well.
The Executive Assistant manages the CEO and Director of Development’s schedules, handles high-level communications, arranges travel and meetings, and acts as a confidential liaison between the executives and other stakeholders, ensuring the executives can focus on strategic tasks while maintaining smooth organizational operations. The logistics of how the incumbent supports these leaders are determined by these leaders in discussion with the incumbent. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and discretion skills to effectively support leadership and manage sensitive information.
