REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-3 years of experience in HR, office management, workplace operations, or employee engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events and initiatives that enhance company culture.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, or similar tools.

- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

- Manage employee milestone gifts and maintain inventory.
- Plan and execute company social events to boost engagement.
- Oversee office logistics (supplies, cleaning, equipment distribution).
- Support HR tasks like benefits enrollment, onboarding/offboarding, and recruitment coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of client products and ensure timely shipments.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
