Senior Account Manager – Pro AV
Location
Toronto, ON (Remote)
Travel: Up to 25% within North America
Visa Sponsorship: Not available for U.S. visas
Salary Range
CAD $58,986 – $98,310 per year
Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) – up to 53.85% of annual salary in variable pay

Role Summary
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage customer relationships and drive sales across the Western U.S. region. You’ll identify new business opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and grow Resideo’s market share in the Pro AV sector. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic planning, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and plan strategic accounts
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Deliver compelling value propositions to clients
- Maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle
- Build rapport and credibility with customers
- Align sales strategy with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in the Pro AV industry
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must reside in Toronto or Montreal
Preferred Skills
- Strong background in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
