Quest Audio Visual is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team of event professionals. Based outof Toronto, you will work to establish new customers and update existingcustomer accounts with the products and services they order. Our primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensurehigh customer retention. The Account Manager (AM) role responsibility is togrow and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients to ensure retention ofcurrent business and support the growth and the success of the organization.The role requires a self -starter who relishes the chance to provide Quest AV'ssolutions to clients and collaborates well with colleagues and partners to helpachieve successful events. Client relationship management, solutions selling toqualified leads, developing and presenting proposals, and ensuring thesuccessful delivery of Quest AV's services will all be part of your winningformula.Requirements The Employee specifically undertakes and shall be responsible for the following duties including but not limited to:Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities to increase revenues.Build strategies and customer pursuit plans that include contacting prospective clients to provide event solutions.Providing accurate quotations and contracts that represent the needs of the event and allow for an acceptable profit margin for the company.Demonstrate Quest AV's experience, audience engagement impact, and demonstrable ROI to position Quest AV as the partner of choice.Work with the Project Managers to resolve any issues related to the event and make suggestions to enhance or improve upon elements, within the budget, to make the Event more efficient and unique.Update and manage existing company databases within CRM to identify prospects and key accounts.Work with the client to ensure that their vision and expectations have been met for the event.Seamlessly turn the business needs of our clients into alignment with the benefits of our products and services.Execution of the entire Event including all paperwork (floor plans, drawings, on -site additions, client playback materials, receipts. etc.).Advocate for our solutions in the industry, through speaking, networking, or attending events as needed.Achieve and strive to surpass quarterly and annual revenues targets, including calls made, appointments set, demos and sales closed.An active networker and contact generator, bring that thinking and make those valuable introductions to Quest AV while also working the existing database to ensure we have shown maximum partnership value to our customers.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed primarily in an office environment.Working times may include irregular hours and on -call status including days,evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearanceguidelines as defined by Quest AV based in an office environment and whentraveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city orarea.
