The End User & Lab Technologies Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management and procurement of end user devices within the organization. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of end user devices, from selection and procurement to deployment, maintenance, and retirement. The specialist collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and end users, to ensure that end user devices meet the organization's requirements and support its business objectives. This covers all laptops, cellphones, tablets, kiosks, deskphones, and softphones as well as supporting vendors with Laboratory equipment. This role is expected to routinely participate as a key member within the team & operate with minimal supervision. They must be capable developing new methodologies, policies, procedures, and standards as well as operate with technical expertise.
